What this covers

This policy covers this website and the personal information you give us through it. The handling of the accounting data inside Hubits Finance itself is governed by the agreement between us and your business, not by this page.

What we collect

• What you type into the demo request form: your name, work email, business name, and anything you write in the message.
• Anything you send us by email, for as long as we need it to answer you.

We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, to arrange a demonstration, and to keep track of that conversation. That is all. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we stop.

How long we keep it

We keep demo enquiries while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. If you would like your enquiry deleted sooner, ask and we will delete it.

Getting it deleted

Write to [email protected] and tell us what you want removed. You do not need to give a reason.
