About

Built by people who have closed a month.

Why this exists

Most finance teams in the Maldives run on software that was designed somewhere else for someone else. It receives numbers from a point of sale on a nightly sync, knows nothing about MIRA, and treats a second company as a second subscription. The result is a month-end that takes a fortnight and a set of books nobody fully trusts until the auditor has been through them.

Hubits Finance was built the other way round. The ledger sits underneath the transaction rather than downstream of it, so the books are correct at the moment of sale. MIRA GST is part of the ledger rather than a spreadsheet assembled at the deadline. Multiple entities consolidate because they were always in the same structure.

Who builds it

Hubits Finance is part of the wider Hubits platform, which already runs point of sale, inventory, purchasing and payroll for businesses across the Maldives. That matters more than it sounds: the finance module is not integrating with those systems, it is the same system. A sale, a purchase receipt and a payroll run all post into one chart of accounts because there is only one.

It is designed alongside the finance managers and controllers using it, in the same time zone, under the same filing deadlines.

What we will not do

We do not charge per seat, because charging per seat teaches people to share logins and a shared login destroys the audit trail. We do not hold your data hostage: it is exportable in full, including ledger detail, at any time. And we do not claim certifications we do not hold.
